Student Answer:  Hey I understand that things come up, but it’s a little insulting when you cancel all of our plans. Could you check you calendar and think hard about it next time?
Essay:  When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
