Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons. Student Answer: Honestly sometimes feelings of others don’t matter, you can express your feelings and opinions the way you believe. If you act assertively I honestly think you would be able to put your point across as well as bluntly saying what is happening to you or what your feeling. I believe that being the true you, either assertive or not is who you are supposed to be, yeah people may get offended sometime along the way but people are honestly getting soft in our daily lives. We need to toughen up and just talk out our feelings, focus on ourselves, and live your own life. If they are your true friends then they will know the real your and what your believe and stick with you. |
