Student Answer: 1: you should still choose to communicate assertively because the person you are in contact with will know you’re not going to back down until the right thing is done. 2: sometimes you do need to consistently be assertive at times it’s okay but you need to know when to relax and take time to listen to what the other person is saying in the matter. |
