Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons. Student Answer: If you are assertive then it means that you won’t always get what you want, but you will hear both sides of an argument and will be able to help make better decisions based on both points of view. Then even if it’s not the decision you wanted it may be the better decision and will get things done more efficiently. |
