Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer: Because it’s better to talk professionally then to converse like a child. Also, people tend to listen more when you are calm and having a good conversation. They don’t really listen if you are screaming and cussing at them, that just creates aggression which could end badly if your not careful. |
