Student Answer:  I really don’t like it when you cancel plans last minute, so before you make plans can you please check your schedule and make sure you can go through with it, when you don’t follow through with our plans it makes me feel angry and I don’t want to be angry.
Essay:  When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
