Student Answer: Ask them why they keep canceling and see if they have a legitimate excuse, if they don’t explain that you don’t like it when they cancel last minute. Then try to reason with them as to why they are avoiding you. |

Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer: When your assertive you can get your opinion out more than you would normally, even if you still have ideas you didn’t get to share.
When people know how you feel so you can give your ideas more freely and with out doubts of being made fun of. |
