Student Answer:  I understand that you might be busy but I don’t like that our plans are never followed through with and would like an explanation as to why this keeps happening.
Essay:  When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer:  Being assertive is a respectful and calm way to talk with someone while trying to get what you want.
