Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: I would use the collaboration style to try and decide what is best for us. I would have us make a list of pros and cons and discuss why we want to do this for the project. In the end we agree together upon the better project of the two. Or I could just avoid the situation and agree to go with my partners model. |
