Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: I would sit down with the partner and explore why it is they want to do a presentation, after hearing their explanation I would then explain why I think we should do a model. After the details of both viewpoints have been laid out we would be able to engage in a productive conversation about the pros and cons of each option. And hopefully come to a consensus as to which one would be best for us. |
