Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: I would bring up the idea first and see how they responded. Then I would give my thoughts on why I wanted to do a model over presentation. I would also hear them out on why they want to do a presentation. We would then discuss and talk about possible solutions to the issue. If we are still disagreeing I would either just go with it or find a mediator to help us decide on one or the other. |
