Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: I would first listen to her reasoning. Then I would use the compromising approach to see if we could do both a presentation of our model. I could also use the accommodating approach and back down to help support her and lift her up. I could have used the competing method saying we each do one and see what is better to do for the project. Or avoid her so that we don't disagree. |
