Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: I think the best approach for this project would be collaboration. With collaboration all group members would work together to complete this project, this ensures that all work is distributed evenly. Collaboration also allows for both partners to express their own ideas and feelings without judgment.
Compromising is also a good tool that can be utilized. If that one partner wants to present and the other wants to design the project this can be a helpful tool. They can assign specific tasks that will aid to the project completion. These are the only two I would use. |
