Student Answer:  I understand that you are very busy and it’s hard to keep track of things but I would like it if you could make up your mind and stop canceling plans at the last minute. It really messes up my scheduling.
Essay:  When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer:  You should still choose to communicate assertively so that you do not hurt the other persons feelings and so that you sound more mature in your actions.
