Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: if we were collaborating we would just work together on both of the ideas. if we were compromising we would choose to combine the two things we want to do into one. if we were accommodating we would change our ideas to make the project easier. if we were competing we would most likely both stick to what we want and it would most likely cause an argument. if we were avoiding it one of us would just give up on our idea and tell the other that we can just do what they want to. |
