Student Answer:  This is the fourth time in a row that you have cancelled our plans. It frustrates me that I kept these times open for you and you continue to cancel. To prevent this situation for both of us, I will plan to only do spur of the moment things with you.
Essay:  When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer:  When you communicate assertively, people know exactly what you want, there is no confusion. Communicating assertively, let's other people know that you have needs, as well.
