Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: I would most likely collaborate and compromise to create a presentation that would allow for both of our ideas. I would ask the partner to understand my "shyness" in front of other people, and probably ask her/him questions regarding their avoidance of wanting to do design something (which would probably lead to them saying that they are not artistic or good at models)-- in the end, it would be my hope that I would design the model and explain to my partner what it is and then allow him/her to present it on behalf of us as a team. |
