Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer: Choosing to be assertive, you should always listen other person's perspective because then you wouldn't get to understand what the other person feels and it might make them upset. Being assertive is important because it could make you look selfish and when someone is disagreeing with you and you don't get your way it would make you get more aggressive and you can say or do something to hurt them. |
