Essay: Write a 3-part assertive statement to a friend who keeps making plans with you and then cancelling at the last minute.
Student Answer: If my friend keeps cancelling plans last minute there has to be a good reason because I'm not just gonna cancel my other plans just for them to say "oh actually change of plans gotta cancel." I would simply ask them why then if it where a good reason i be fine but if it was a dumb reason i would not speak to them again till i want to. |

Student Answer: You should still be assertive because for manners and a better mind set and also to pipe down the anger or toxic mindset. |
