Student Answer: I Understand that we are friends and have been making plans but for one reason or another you have sadly have to cancel time after time and while I do enjoy spending time with you there are times when i cancel my own plans to hang out with you and you have to cancel last minute and while I do not need to know every detail of why you canceled I would like the news to reach me not so last minute or if you know you might have to cancel just reschedule. |

Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer: You should still choose to be assertive because it not only gives you more control of your emotions it makes people more likely to respect you and your opinions and while you may not always get your way no one does but when you don't get your way and you are still respectful of others opinions and suggestions people will also respect you as well and you will be a role model and leader. |
