Student Answer: When making plans i always make sure they are free, and when they cancel the night before or hours before, i would feel bummed out but i wouldnt express it to them. I would just tell them "its ok" |

Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons. Student Answer: You never know how someone would take a certain tone. Like if you think you arent really raising your voice, they could think you are and it could lead to more argument. It's always just good to talk in a well mannered tone because it is respectful. |
