Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer: Communicating assertively allows conversation to happen. There's a chance that you get change to happen, whereas being aggressive or passive very rarely results in you getting what you want.
Assertiveness also leads to better relationships and connections with others. You'll get to know and respect each-other more if you can have genuine conversations. |
