Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons. Student Answer: 1. It avoids a major conflict, rather than being confrontational and possibly worsening the issue.
2. It makes you the better person, and you at least have the knowledge that you tried to fix the problem to the best of your ability. |
