Student Answer:  I know that you can get busy at points, but I need clarification. To plan these things require both of our efforts and time. I can still hang out with you and plan with you, but you need to communicate your schedule.
Essay:  When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
