Student Answer: I understand that you might be busy sometimes and that's okay. But, cancelling last minute isn't a good idea because I might have already set everything up. I think you should look at your schedule beforehand. |

Student Answer: I think you should still communicate assertively because it can show that you understand what you're talking about, it can show some sort of compromise, and it can show confidence. |
