Student Answer: I feel like when you choose to communicate assertively you get an reasoning for why or person is doing something or like it fixes the issue and y'all are both respecting one another. Another reason is because like if you wanted to confront someone coming in a respectful manner/ behavior can ease the situations and you get to understand each others point of view. |
