Student Answer: I understand that you sometimes need to cancel things however, this seems to be turning out to be a constant thing. If this continues to happen then I will not try to make plans with you again. I'm getting tired of always having to be let down. |

Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer: Most times when you communicate assertively then your point is pushed across and you are taken more seriously in things. Even if things don't go your way, it's better to be assertive when speaking and stay calm through things. No anger takes control and you are able to keep people calm with things because you respond with a calm answer. |
