If something won't work scheduling-wise, I would greatly appreciate it if you let me know before we plan everything.
Essay:  When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer:  Communicating assertively not only helps get your point across but also shows the other person that you are willing to understand and communicate effectively with them. This method of communication can help each person reach the goals they intend to achieve in the conversation.
