Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons. Student Answer: You should still voice your opinion because it shows you care. When you don't speak up, people use you. Being assertive also shows that you won't just follow others when you don't agree with them. For example if I'm not comfortable going to a party with alcohol involved I need to speak up because I don't want to be associated with the party or the drinking. |
