Essay:  When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer:  You should always communicate assertively because it is professional and respectful, and the other person/group may be going through something or have challenges of their own that you may be unaware of, so it's always best to be kind and respectful. It also helps yourself as well, assessing the situation appropriately to better yourself and the situation and have a better outcome.
