Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons. Student Answer: I think you should still choose to be assertive because:
1. It will make you feel better to get feelings out. Bottling your feelings up isn't healthy.
2. Even if you don't get everything you want, it can still help change things in the future. If I were a boss, I would remember which workers were assertive, and I would consider them for big projects more than those who are not. It will help others work with you better, because they know that you will be helpful and respectful. |
