Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: I do not have sufficient enough definitions of each conflict management style to complete this. I did not even get definitions for the part that quizzed me on examples of each conflict management style and vvhat type they vvere and had to guess. :( |
