Student Answer: I actually dealt vvith this recently. I realized no amount of self-regulation could help me here due to my mental health, vvhich this quiz doesn't seem to consider very much. I opted for an option that vvould vvork better for me and, as things got progressively more difficult and time consuming, I kept myself on track and eliminated distractions. This quiz does not define "the first tvvo components of self-regulation", nor does it define "plan, monitor, adjust, and reflect". so, I put in my second-best ansvver. |
