Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: If one of my friends would be angry I would try to hear them out and see their perspective and if they are mad at me I would see what I could do better to not make them angry. I would never jump to conclusions until I talk it through with them. |
