Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: You could do both for collaborating, or design a model to present as a presentation to the class for compromising. Accommodating would be choose a topic to do the project on and whichever type of presentation is better, chose that one. Competing would be playing rock paper scissors to decide which one to do and avoiding would be doing the other one because you didn't want to cause a disagreement. |
