Essay: Imagine that you are struggling to learn a skill in math. How could you self-regulate to improve your learning. Student Answer: Identify the skill that is difficult. Make a plan on how to decrease the anxiety of the math skill, by utilizing tools that may help with that skill, previous examples of problems. Monitor the tools and add or delete if math skill continues to be difficult. Reflect on internal feelings of accomplishment and ease / understanding of math skill.
