Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons. Student Answer: When you communicate assertively it helps the other people know what you want and what they can do. It also sets the guidelines of the conversation; for example, if someone whispers you would most likely whisper back to put this into perspective if you communicate assertively than they will likely do the same. This allows both party's to understand one another's needs and help communicate properly. |
