Student Answer:  I know that you are sometime so busy that you don't realize your own limits or schedule, but I always look forward to hanging out with you. I hurts my feelings and causes my plans to get off track, when you cancel at the last minute.
Essay:  When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer:  It ensures that your opinions are being understood and respected, even if you're wrong. It helps every party involved understand why what is happening, is happening.
