Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer: 1.So that you stay calm and if they are blowing up at you and you are still calm they will look like a fool
2.Even if you didn't get the response you were hoping for you weren't rude and they are more likely to change their mind or if its important you can cut them off without looking like the jerk
