Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: I would approach this conflict by collaborating with one another. For example, we could combine BOTH, that way we can each go about the presentation design the way that we wanted it to. We could do half model, half presentation, and combine both aspects. This also involves compromise. Knowing that I wanted to do a model for the entire presentation, but compromising and doing a presentation for the other half, in order to meet in the middle. That way, conflict is approached effectively and the outcome is a positive one. |
