Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: I would discuss both sides of each persons ideas. Hopefully, through discussing the project together we could collaborate together to make both of our ideas happen and work together. That way there is no conflict and both of us are pleased with our project. |
