Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: Avoiding - you would just avoid making a decision at this time and wait and see if partner changes their mind.
Competing- you let your partner know you aren't going to be helpful unless you can design a model for the project (have it your way).
Accomodating- you tell your partner, ok let's do the presentation you want to do.
Compromising - you will work on the presentation that your partner wants to do but they have to be the one to present it.
Collaborating - you both decide together that you will utilize a model and present it, the best of both worlds.
