Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: I would probably look at what the project is and listen to why my partner wants to do a presentation opposed to a model. If their idea fits better I would be open to doing the presentation but also tell them why I think a model would be better. I also think if there was enough time and we were willing to do a little bit more work we could compromise and do both in someway to incorporate both peoples ideas. Overall I would you collaboration and compromise. |
