Essay: Imagine that you are facing a challenge and you are not sure you can be successful. Name three things you could do to raise your belief in yourself. Student Answer: There are countless amount of things a person can do when facing a challenging task. I also have a few things that I do before facing a challenge. One thing I do is that I meditate or pray before the task so I can calm myself down and have an open mind before the challenge. Another thing I do is try to be prepared for the challenge so I'm not freaking out when things get hard. The last thing I do is that I schedule stuff so I don't miss something in a way to avoid facing unintentional challenges. |
