Essay: What are two reasons why assertiveness is important?
Student Answer: Assertiveness is very important because it helps with unself and other people- basically it helps and is important because some words could really affect others and might start into a situation.
If you were assertive u would tell other people how u felt and u can be able to tell them about what you’re going through.
One more is that assertive is u can show empathy and emotions to that person like basically let’s say my friend is happy or sad right? I would comfort them and give them advice about how I think about it. If they were excited and really happy I would start to be happy for them or I could tell them how exciting that sounds!
Being honest,telling the truth,comforting them and giving emotions,and being appropriate can tell it’s very important. |
