Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: avoidance - stay away from that cause I don't want to give the presentation
accommodating- saying sure yes we can do what ever you choose
competition- lets play rock paper scissors and who ever win get to pick what they want
compromise- okay we can do the presentation I wanted to design the a model but a presentation seems more quicker.
collaboration- okay I can make out the pictures and designs for the presentation and you handle the wording and bullet points . |
