Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: First I would ask him why we should do this instead of the model we were going to do. Then I would tell my partner why we would do this. Then he would tell me why he wants that one. We would think about it and I would go with my friend because he is my friend and I’m not the type to argue about something. We choose his because I want to still be friend and make him happen and would make me happy as well.
