Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons. Student Answer: There is a much higher chance you could get what you want when being assertive, while when being passive or agressive there is a much smaller one. It may not give you exactly what you want, but it communicates clearly what you need, and you can work with people to achieve a middle ground, without offending others by yelling. |
