Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer: Communicating assertively makes my boundaries clear to the other person without coming off disrespectful or angry. It also means that in the future they handle a situation differently so we both feel good about it. |
