Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons. Student Answer: So that the person still has that thought in mind, they may may not act on it, but it's slightly guiding them. (idk if that makes sense sorry)
Also, it can be a guide to see if someone will respect your boundaries. For example, if you say you don't like being copied, but they do it anyway. They don't respect you and you can stop talking to them. |
